Job Description: Organising International Exhibitions All Around The World (Concerning: Building & Construction and General Trade)(South Africa‐Johannesburg, Tanzania‐ Dar Es Selaam, Kenya‐Nairobi, Mozambique‐Maputo, Nigeria‐Lagos, Algeria‐Algiers, North Iraq‐Erbil,Turkmenistan‐Ashgabat)‐ Planning and organising tourism activies‐ Planning and organising the shipment with customs agent‐ Planning and executing national and international marketing activities‐ Responsible of the digital marketing activities (preparing content, planning and coordinating the agency relations)*Coordinating the design and production of marketing tools such as banners, ads, mailings, brochures, websites (visual and printed materials)*R & D – Business development ?*Key account management‐ Managing the marketing and sales activities of the assigned events‐ Also being responsible of the technical infrastructure and managing the affairs with service providers‐ Building new sales channels and managing customer relations*Leading the team for the execution of the event/s*Building relations with governmental organisations, public and private institutions*Forming sponsorships, cooperations and partnerships*Researching and planning consulate, embassy, commercial attaché visits in scope of the international marketing activities*Planning and executing international and domestic fair and customer visit schedules*Creating new sales channels and managing the customer relations
