I was responsible from overall production management including:-Preparing alloy and quantity declarations for orders-Planning and scheduling production steps specific to products-Managing 3D design, print and mold preparation both in-house and with 3rd party companies-Dealing with semi-product suppliers, adjusting production schedule accordingly-Managing consumables and valuable-metal stock according to production plan-Managing recycling processes with a 3rd party company-Managing upgrade of production processes and installation of new machinery/process-Coordinating and scheduling overall maintenance

I was responsible from:-Providing technical support to corporate customers involving all technical subjects, inquiries and requests.-Technical training of service staff of customers both in-house and at their facility abroad.-Attending to on-site inspections for major issues,finding and declaring root cause of the issue, reporting related departments and management if necessary with possible corrective actions should be taken-Data mining of service calls gathered from customers. Calculating call-rate and reporting to related departments about statistical findings.-Preparation of monthly statistical reports concerning parts supplied from 3rd party companies, informing related departments if necessary.-Tracking technical issues and corrective actions taken, checking statistics periodically to confirm the actions, informing the customers for confirmed actions with a brief report-Informing and directing other departments according to customers' needs/requests.

I was responsible from:-Preparing 8D reports for the issues of corporate customers, tracking corrective actions and reporting Q&A responsible.-Attending periodic and random production inspections, reporting quality issues found during those inspections including possible corrective actions.-Attending FMEA meetings, giving feedback about quality concerns.-Checking part measurement setups and gauges periodically, requesting corrections if necessary.-Scheduling meetings with customers about missing information on technical drawings they have provided and requesting corrections to report production planning department.-Inspecting rework operations of Q&A department and reporting to Q&A manager about inspections.

I was hired for an R&D project prosecuted with my university concerning preparation of a titanium alloy open cell implant. I was responsible from preparing samples in university laboratory with related research assistant, conducting mechanical tests and SEM inspections with specialists and bringing samples to company for toxicology and bio-compatibility tests. Finally I was combining all results for a specific sample and preparing a report to R&D responsible.

It was a part time job from my late high school years to mid university years which helped me significantly to improve my computer skills.
