I continue my professional business life as a member board of directors. I have ICF certificate as executive coach and team coach. Besides I am ICF certified international professional expert coach. I have worked in Fondital s.p.a which is a part of Silmar Group in Italy as Country Manager to improve the efficiency and market share of the company in Italy, export markets and Russia. Before Italy, I have had more than twenty-seven years of international experience in Executive Management role and have held several senior management positions during this period in HVAC sector in Turkey & Middle East. I held a position as Regional President of Danfoss Turkey, Middle East and Africa Region. In this role, I was responsible from Heating, Cooling and Drives segment facilities for sales, marketing, customer service and after sales activities related to energy efficiency across Turkey, Middle East & Africa which is the biggest size region of Danfoss Group (region is comprised of 69 countries). Prior to joining Danfoss, I was General Manager of Vaillant in Turkey, I created and managed the entire structure of the company since it started operating in Turkey for 22 years. I have highly developed team management, project management and communication skills for reorganizing the existing structure of the company and create a new business model to increase the effiency and the profit of the company. I am board member of several assosication related for HVAC and energy efficieny. I have had several experience of merging two companies after the acquisition. I have had experience as member of the board of directors.I hold a master degree, Industrial Engineering and Bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineering from the Yıldız Technical University, Istanbul
