- Installation of Logsign SIEM & Attack Detection software and monitoring and maintenance of the Linux server and SIEM services such as Elasticsearch, Redis, Zookeeper. - Integration of customer's resources (Firewall, Windows/Linux servers, EDR software, etc.) with SIEM product for log collection and security automation.- Providing consultation on audit settings on resources in order to detect security incidents.- Assisting customers in making sense of collected logs, creating alerts and generating reports based on audit logs and advise on security best practices.

-Fixing issues related to Windows and Linux host services. (Apache, IIS, DNS, SSH, SMTP, FTP, etc)-Monitoring server health status. (Disk capacity problems and service health)-Assisting Terminal Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, Print server, Amazon Workspaces related problems of other affiliate companies.

- Fixing issues related to Windows and Linux host services. (Apache, IIS, DNS, SSH, SMTP, FTP, etc)- Providing support on issues regarding popular CMS applications such as Wordpress, Joomla etc. - Resolving email delivery issues.- Migrating new customer websites from other providers.

- Responding to technical support tickets escalated by Level-1.- Creating education materials for personal training and training new personnel.- Creating shift schedules for the team.- Rating call recordings and ticket responses of team members for performance evaluation.

- Solving users' web hosting-related problems using chat, email/tickets, and phone.- Fixing issues related to Apache, IIS, DNS, SSH, SMTP, FTP, etc services.- Providing support for issues for popular CMS applications such as WordPress, Joomla, etc.
