• Prepare and maintain SoE (Sequence of Events) and Tariffs of products based on information collected from Process & Manufacturing Engineering (main data sources are: Control Plan, Work instructions, Machines times & Yield information from Flex Flow system etc.) and by using MTM-UAS method• Participate in ECO approval process• As part of Tariff preparation analyzes work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment• Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing workflow, relocation workstations and equipment, and purchase of equipment• Confers with management, engineering and operation staff to implement plans and recommendations• Coordinating the NPI phase, development of new product production processes

• Development and construction of new products from the prototype phase to series production• Creating a 3D model of components and assemblies in a Creo environment• Management of project documentation, inspection and approval of drawings• Developping new solutions for product development• Communication with project members, customer and suppliers during the construction process• Application of analytical methods (5W, Ishikava diagram)
