- Led a market research initiative to assess potential demand and opportunities in new international markets.- Developed and implemented sales and marketing strategies to maximise market penetration, revenue growth, and brand awareness.- Collaborated with HEPA (Hungarian Export Promotion Agency) and other governmental organizations to secure export support, to meet compliance and regulatory frameworks.- Managed a cross-functional team ensuring alignment between product development, sales goals, and marketing campaigns.- Monitored sales performance and market feedback post-product launch, making data-driven adjustments to strategies.

At PI-ER we produced high-end technical apparel for European markets. I led a diverse team of 25 professionals, including back office staff, R&D and skilled garment technicians. My responsibilities included workflow coordination, process improvement, mentoring and annual performance evaluations. In order to meet our customers bespoke needs I was also working closely with them and our subcontractors.

I managed the firm’s online marketing chanels in the CEE-region, focusing on up to date digital solutions. I worked closely with external marketing and PR agencies to achieve the firm’s promotional and branding goals. I was also responsible for the data protection and compliance of Terrán. In 2018 I led the GDPR compliance program with the help of an international lawn firm.

I contributed to the project by organising events and promoting the project to potential participants.

I took part in local and European marketing initiatives and provided marketing support to colleagues in 9 different countries.
