Quality Inspector
Current•Establishing quality standards for products the company produces•Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards•Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes•Inspecting and testing the materials and equipment produced by a company•Using gadgets such as micrometer screw gauges to measure products•Removing products that don’t meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve product quality•Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with the production team•Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met•Monitor customer satisfaction levels•Monitor the production phase at various levels•Able to utilize microscope, digital calipers, micrometer, optical comparator, vision measurement system, and other related equipment with optimal accuracy•Follows general inspection guidelines to conduct critical non-routine visual, dimensional, mechanical, and functional inspections on a wide variety of components, assemblies and materials.
