As the CTO at Farmasi, I spearheaded the growth and reorganization of the Technology department, overseeing its expansion from a team of approximately 30 professionals to 60 members while optimizing the organizational structure from the ground up. In our pursuit of enhancing technological capabilities, we transitioned from on-premise and Azure to Amazon AWS, resulting in improved scalability, cost reduction, and enhanced system performance. Leveraging advanced cloud technologies, we achieved a more stable and user-friendly website experience, unifying its appearance and functionality across the 40+ countries in which Farmasi operates. Moreover, during my tenure, we successfully launched Farmasi's inaugural mobile app, ushering in a mobile-first experience for our users and further expanding our digital footprint in the market.

I directed the software development life cycle for sports betting platforms, including iddaa.com and misli.com. While directly managing a team of around 90 professionals, I played a crucial role in leveraging knowledge across the broader Demiroren Group, encompassing approximately 250 individuals across various sister companies. This collaborative initiative was instrumental in driving the successful launch of various projects and initiatives, exemplified by our ability to expedite timelines and achieve impactful results while leveraging existing expertise across different sister companies. By pooling resources and knowledge effectively, we avoided reinventing the wheel, leading to streamlined processes and accelerated project delivery.

I navigated the challenges of launching a gaming company and overseeing product development. Collaborating with a team of developers, freelancers, and two studios from different countries, I successfully launched our inaugural title, "BORA," and managed all aspects of company formation.

As the Chief Technology Officer at Modanisa, I provided strategic guidance for technology development and infrastructure management. Starting with a team of approximately 30 professionals, I led the expansion of the team over 85 people, while reorganizing the Technology department from scratch. I optimized operational efficiency by restructuring departments and migrating infrastructure to Amazon AWS. Leveraging AI-driven initiatives, I enhanced user experience and operational efficiency across various aspects of Modanisa's operations.

In my dual role as CTO & COO at Netmarble Turkey, I not only succeeded in leading Technology operations but also played a pivotal role in doubling sales and improving communication with studios in South Korea and China. Leading software development, Technology operations, QA, and Game Operations departments, I drove successful game launches and marketing campaigns while enhancing collaboration and performance within the organization. During my extensive tenure at eBay Turkey spanning over 7+ years, I held progressive leadership roles within the technology division.
