Cancelled manual activities and encourage team to run whole operation in SAP.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:After the acquisition of Indest Company by Whirlpool Corporation, main tasks and Responsibilities remained same while the seniority level & title updated.Key Achievements & Projects:“Inland Container Freight Project”, 2016-2019: Whirlpool Corporation, Project Lead, 2016 The idea was to localize the procurement of inland container freights. The volume was 18.000 containers per year and unit price was 174USD. The unit price was reduced to 105 USD in the end of 2019.“AEO Certificate Acquisition (Yetkilendirilmiş Yükümlü Sertifikası), Project Lead, 2017” AEO was introduced in 2015 and we started to work for it immediately in my lead. Finally in 2017 we succeded to take it, among the first 100 company in Turkey.“Bonded Warehouse Project”, Project Lead, 2019 By utilizing 10.000sqm(%15) of FP warehouse , a new C-Type Bonded Warehouse is created and this brought 440K € cost saving only in year 2019 for Manisa Site.

- Accountable for all supply chain operations of industrial (hq in manisa) and commercial (hq in istanbul) operations. - Securing daily inbound/outbound operations based in 55K sqm Warehouse in Manisa. Daily volume is 100-120 trucks.- Tracking daily orders from local sales team to provide maximum service to TK market.- Communication with 20 other warehouses in EU to balance DD and Repl Shipments.- Planning partial and annual countings, in line with company procedures. Full stock accountability for nearly 30M €. - Accountable for planning and executing of supply chain P/L- Tracking and reporting main Kpi’s to headquarters.- Fully accountable for all custom operations in Turkey, in more then 10 custom points, also accountable for type C Bonded Warehouse in Manisa. - Selection of carriers and 3PL service providers, defining annual budget and providing best logistic service for 2 factories and commercial legal entity in Turkey.- Managing incoming inspections from Ministry of Customs & Trade.- Maintaining the relations with government institutions and related authorities.- Leading & coaching a team of 25 white collards & 120 blue collards.Key Achievements & Projects:“Logistics Warehouse Insourcing Project”, 2014 : Manisa warehouse was the 3rd (out of 16) warehouse of Indesit Company that is started to be managed in-house with implementation of E-WMS. After re-organization of the operation, labour cost reduced by %25.“Sea Freight Operations Insourcing Project”, 2015: The Project covers the in-house management of all 4PL activities from Turkey to Europe&Africa(74 countries) It started in May 2015 and till the end of 2016 it brought more then 2M€ saving in logistic operations.“Custom Operations Optimization Project”, 2014: Whirlpool Corporation, Project Lead, 2014. This Project made custom operations traceable and digital. First started as a 3rd party software, then implemented in to SAP.

Executing respective material planning and procurement activities by effectively coordinating +50 local and foreign suppliers and directly reporting to the Planning Manager in the process,Determining the required materials to initiate the procurement of raw materials from various suppliers, keeping close track of stock status to ensure efficient usage of inventory and acting as a communication bridge between warehouse and production units,Organizing delivery activities based on MRP data, closely monitoring daily deliveries afterward to prevent potential disruptions in the final assembly lines as well as following up BOM changes to minimize inactive materials,Driving efforts to ensure constant process improvement by tracking related metrics and KPI targets including transportation cost, days of coverage etc. and coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, supplier management and more.

Executing and overseeing overall production planning in line with the order requests, effectively managing a team of 5 in respective day-to-day operations and directly reporting to the Logistics Manager and GM along the way,Developing a master production plan and updating the MRP system when any changes occur along with determining production requirements based on capacity and production specifications,Actively receiving order details from foreign trade unit due to the critical components and mold capacities and entering related data into the SAP system; keeping close track of the compatibility of production orders as well as the other activities of planning engineers,Driving efforts to minimize the quantity of inactive components during concept changes via effective planning and closely interacting with local procurement engineers to find appropriate solutions to their problems.

Responsible for creating final assembly schedules via SAP by prioritizing efficiency, carrying out daily controls of production schedules regarding each product line and driving production unit to fully comply with the overall plan, Addressing issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption and actively collaborating with respective units to identify gaps in key performance areas.
