İnnova’s importance emerged after decided combination of three main Turk Telekom companies (Avea for Mobile, Turk Telekom for fixed line and TTNet for ISP and broadband) because of integration capability and ability.In names of Account Management and Business Development Management I am responsible to maximizing business for two main business line at Innova with Turk Telekom. Financial Technology Solution (Fintek) and IT Services (ITS) business lines has reputable portion of total business of Innova. Financial solution mostly focus on collection and channel sales solutions. ITS has two main sub domain Manage Services and Professional Services, MS mostly support TT on data center management, and PS team support operation and outsourcing requirements. My responsibility is manage these continuous sales processes from lead to bill.

Creating sophisticated working model with customer brought being strategic partner. Enlarged capacity of outsourcing service from 35 FTEs to 125 FTEs. Helped to make improvements to reach five-nine (99,999%) up-time operation quality. Support to Lean Management system for best quality of service. Suggested new products and services that increased 300% by capacity (pipeline) by touching customer at different points like technically, market view, operational. We increased working capacity at products and services like System Integration, Application Management, SaaS, PaaS, Data Centre, Consultancy, BSS, Mediation, CRM, Billing, Data Warehouse, Callidus (Commissioning System for retail shops), Dunning, TopUp (Loading balance for prepaid customer).

Responsible for Server and Storage Products of Huawei and support sales team in presales activities. Presenting products and solutions to customer, collecting customer requirements and prepare multi platform total solutions. With sales team I realized selling of IP Contact Center part of grand tender for digital transformation of Ziraat Bank.

Realized MMSC sales with team.Worked at Huawei Baku office with Azerbaijan team for selling Telecom and Media Solutions.Produce Cloud solution to Vodafone about retail shop fraud preventing and secure system that contains combination of PaaS, IaaS and network elements.
