- Manage daily operations for the Othello UW Commons as well as leading all communication outlets.-Design annual Impact report to highlight Othello UW Commons impact in the South Seattle Community. -Create newsletters to keep space users, UW students, and community members informed about upcoming events and resources. -Host/MCs events for students and community members, creating a welcoming and energized atmosphere. -Supports Program Manager to plan student and community engagement events.

-Assist and maintain a learning & collaboration space for UW students, staff, faculty, and community partners in Southeast Seattle.-Manage communication outlets such as Instagram, TikTok, and newsletters by creating trendy content to highlight events. -Create monthly social media calendars to manage multiple platforms and plan content in advance to maintain a strong online presence with weekly posts.- Host student engagement events that welcome new students to UW, connect students with campus resources, teach students about financial literacy, and provide a space for students to bond over their shared experiences.

- Served as an Intern for Washington Building Leaders of Change, a community-based organization focused on building intergenerational leaders through transformative education and revolutionary social action.-Assisted communications manager with developing monthly emailed newsletter and creating promotional flyers via Canva.-Collaborated with WA-BLOC program director to plan summer youth program enrichment activities such as gardening, filmmaking, STEM, and African drumming.-Built authentic relationships and future partnerships centered around DEI for students with local community organizations including Movimiento Afrolatino Seattle, Cascade Bike Club, Braided Seeds, and Southend Stories.
