As a professional esports observer my responsibilities are to act as the camera operator for multiple esport titles live broadcasted events. As well I take care that I present a clear and concise storyline for the audience. Being an observer requires a deep understanding of each game I operate in, as well as a good grasp of cinema and broadcasting techniques, which are then replicated via in game tools and external software such as OBS, Parsec, and vMix. This schedule is designed to help achieve team goals and objectives with respect to timelines we have identified prior to planning. Recorded, processed, tracked players' statistics and gameplay via software and in game tools for post-match analysis and live coaching to identify recurring positive/negative behaviors, or to highlight exceptional gameplay.Conduct daily pre/post-scrim briefs to highlight said behaviors, encourage mindful play and promote healthy communication.Developed a foundational communication framework which served as the basis for how the team interacts with each other in high stress situations. Introduced long term strategic and macro plans using data collected from over 50k game scenarios, identifying the most optimal ways to play the game and execute said plans to win more.Collected data from practice sessions to evaluate, as well as further reinforce and iterate upon said strategic and macro plans.

Hosted, organized, and developed a ranking system for daily practices (scrims) which serviced over 60 players daily, Monday-Friday.Recorded & processed streams to be used for the bi-weekly video review I conducted of the Element 6 players gameplay. I assisted in daily help desk functions to include answering the phone to assist users with issues ranging from password resets to educational software technical assistance while sorting and routing the daily “Tech Help” tickets to corresponding sections within the IT department. I Provided swift end-user support to all staff and faculty as well as technical support for all services and assets managed by Heartland CC. Lastly I imaged/re-imaged, cleaned and deployed new computers, tablets and audio-visual equipment for various events supported officially by HCC.

For Country Financial, I provided highly technical tier III level customer support to users over the phone, with digital correspondence or in person. My responsibilities were to train users on new features and updates made to existing technology. To help create documentation, implement new corporate procedures regarding new technology, and updates. As well as an auditing of our inventory, users, and testing profiles using company device management platform MobileIron.

At Dealstruck I built the Help Desk from the ground up and established an inventory database and tracked all company IT assets. My primary responsibilities were to create new company users, design and implement security permissions using Active Directory and Google Suite, resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. Additionally, I documented all IT and Admin procedures and troubleshooting steps on the internal corporate wiki. Lastly, I built reports on daily, weekly, and monthly metrics of performance for assisting end users with tickets submitted using the Salesforce CRM platform.

Conceptualized, drafted, created, and presented daily intelligence briefs to commanding staff leaders of the top echelon of military leadership.
