Process and manage all product returns. Determine the condition of returned item and decide the appropriate action (e.g. refurbishing, disposal, and sending to store for resale. Work with sales and service to address return related queries and concerns. I initiate and follow through to collection of all damage credit claims with manufacturers and suppliers. I also work with the accounting team to ensure accurate processing and receiving of credits, and have to maintain accurate and complete records of damage claims and resolutions. I have to work across teams and management to identify opportunities for process improvements in the handling and mitigation of returns and inventory control.
