As a web developer I learned how to think strategically and deliver high-quality products for low-budget all the way through fully custom multi-site systems. As a senior software developer I learned how to design and build complex systems that are enjoyable to learn and to use, which are effective at scale, and which make life better for people. As a director of engineering I learned how to do all of that while balancing multiple priorities and leading other engineers. I wonder what I will learn next?
