A fast-paced, innovative and varied role which stretches in responsibility from planning and executing digital activities to the management of key supplier relationships with multiple prestigious brands and creating digital brand plans whilst remaining in alignment with our business strategy.This role requires an array of skills from planning and time-management to building relationships and being able to influence to achieve strategic objectives.Responsibilities: • Weekly reporting of key metrics such as digital participation and visit ratios, forecasts, serviceability, conversion, and revenue whilst closely working within the trading and digital teams to explain and improve these.• Working with multiple suppliers to make full use of our digital channels whilst securing funding by developing brand plans using customer data to collaborate with digital marketing teams on short-term and long-term initiatives.• Using a variety of data tools and insights to help shape strategic category decisions and using this to provide direction for the 12-month digital category trading plans.• Working closely with trading and supply teams to hit forecasts, to ensure we’re surfacing the right products across the digital channels and most importantly putting customers at the centre of everything that we do.

As a new role in the company, I had a large degree of freedom - I created processes and duties of which I performed on a daily basis, some of these include:• Creation/weekly updates/scheduling of mailing list and promotional material.• Management and statistical analysis of all social media platforms.• Advertising budgeting and execution on social media platforms - measuring ROI and engagement ratios relative to promo material used.• Liaising with external agencies and work together to achieve a mutually agreed objective.• Monitoring and implementation of CRM features and accessibility to improve workload efficiency across the team.• Detailed breakdown and analysis of products and trends to continually monitor company performance and provide answers to why some products are performing worse and then provide effort to correct it.• Providing ideas for improving company performance (e.g. a quarterly customer feedback form).
