Multi-Unit Investigator responsible for 31 retail locations and 5 fuel centers. Internal and External theft investigation, interviews and referrals. Install, use and maintain CCTV equipment (analog and IP.) Required to fill out and submit detailed expense reports on a weekly basis. Strong relationships with District Ops Manager, Store Management and Corporate HR, as well as third party Store Detective Vendor.

Responsible for internal and external theft resolution within assigned locations. Assist LPDM with investigations in non-staffed stores within his district. Assist LPDM with inventory prep and all activities the day of inventory. Install and maintain CCTV systems within assigned locations.

Multi Unit Loss Prevention Manager responsible for a staff of contracted Store Detectives, assigned to client locations. Hire, train and supervise staff on critical LP strategies and policies and procedures. Ensure high level of client satisfaction with each contract. Manage time card reports and expense reports generated by staff. Coach, re-train and discipline when appropriate. Conduct external investigations in assigned locations and assist with internal investigations when appropriate.

Grand Rapids, Mt Pleasant

Manage the daily activities of a team of Store Detectives and Greeters. Hire, coach and train staff. Selected to become a CPR/AED Instructor and a Regional LP Trainer, to train new LP staff throughout the state. Manage internal investigations, as well as external case load generated by staff.
