I am currently working in the Events Industry for the world class Southward Car Museum. I work with clients to deliver a range of events for community groups, local and central government organisations amongst a plethora of other groups in both the private and public sector. I have fostered change in our organisation in both the administrative setting as well as facilitating long overdue investment into core infrastructure to expand our offerings and broaden our operational scope. This work has resulted in more efficient, higher quality delivery of services which has increased our customer satisfaction and subsequently led to a far higher turnover of bookings than in previous years. This work has led to a steady increase in revenue since the beginning of my work with the Trust and leaves the events side of the business in a much more stable financial position with great future potential.
