Administrate SCADA servers and equipment throughout Northern Europe with regional focus in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.Instrumental in driving changes within my area of responsibility to minimize reactive maintenance and fault resolution by identifying “at risk” SCADA systems, and develop means to prevent fault and failure due to ageing and inadequate preventative maintenance checks and services.Implement introduction of warranty coverage on HP ProLiant SCADA servers under contract, comparable to OEM standards across Northern Europe, to reduce hardware related downtime and mitigate delays for technical support and supply of replacement hardware. Key in fostering a proactive approach with the implementation of annual services, and preventative maintenance on SCADA hardware and replacement in line with recommended guidelines, for equipment reaching the end of service lifetime.Provide ad hoc support for changes, improvements, troubleshooting, and fault resolution for SCADA services and the full range of Vestas offerings to include Networking, ODBC, OPC, Power regulation, (PPC & PRM), PLC
