I recently started and launched OptSpot™. OptSpot™ (OS) is a company providing businesses with Smart Tablet Technology™ (STT™). This type of technology is an automated way to add customers to a database, reconnect automatically with those who have not checked-in in a given amount of days and tracks loyalty. This all takes place using a smart, easy to use tablet. OptSpot™ and Smart Tablet Technology™ is changing the game in the local store marketing segment and I'm super excited to be providing these services to customers across the country.Prior to OptSpot™In 2007 my business partner and I started BoomText. At the time, text message marketing was pretty much brand new in the states, so trying to get customers to try it was very difficult. Fortunately we were able to gain some early traction when we became the approved vendor for Chick-fil-A. We soon became a very well known text marketing company in the QSR (quick service restaurant) space and became the approved partner for companies like SONIC and Jamba Juice. After just a few years BoomText was purchased by CommerceTel, which has now rebranded as Mobivity. After several years running operations for BoomText and merging four companies together with the recent acquisitions, I was able to get out of the office and work as the SVP of Business Development. I have over 6 years experience in the text message marketing space and have helped over 5000 units succeed using text message marketing.
