After a short time and continue to extend my knowledge, I began to dive further into resolving more complicated issues. This required specific user questioning and a hands-on approach to the external experience. Eventually, I resolved an average of 20-30 support tickets daily, determined root causes, and reported findings to the EMR development team. The complexity of the system issues ranged from HL7 billing problems to application functionality affected by specific browsers. Being able to troubleshoot and report these issues led to a new and improved EMR interface currently being used by ~ 5,000 Physical and Occupational Therapy Therapists. Show less
