Managed each department within the facility; delivered results in safety, environmental compliance, quality, and production in every department, resulting in overall improvement for the Cedar Rapids site. Member of the Plant Leadership Team that managed through the acquisition between Penford Products and Ingredion Inc, and led the site to a record RIR rate. Company contract negotiation team member, and labor relations committee member.

Executed all day-to-day activities at the Canby site pertaining to safety, quality, environmental compliance, and production. The site employed 175 bargaining unit associates and 7 direct report supervisors. Continued to increase the throughput of manufacturing increasing the the benchmark numbers set at this facility.

Key accomplishments were managing the wet mill process, being a key member in the 40 million dollar capital investment into ethanol manufacturing, and managing the day to day operations of the ethanol facility.
