I currently work As a Bank Teller at Capital Community Bank in Pleasant Grove since April 2023, I bring proficiency in various banking transactions, from deposits to withdrawals, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for positive client interactions. I have a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adherence to banking regulations and I am adept at balancing cash drawers and resolving discrepancies. Prior to my banking role, I served as a Phlebotomist and Advanced Plasmapheresis Technician/Trainer at American Fork Biolife Plasma Center from September 2021 to April 2023. During this time, I handled and processed significant amounts of lifesaving plasma and ensured a positive experience for donors. I also played a pivotal role in training other phlebotomists, emphasizing proper procedures and work efficiency to ensure the safety of both donors and employees. Additionally, I gained diverse skills from the Green Man Group at UVU in Orem UT from August 2018 to May 2022, where I was a member for four years and served as the logistical manager in my final year. In this role, I was responsible for equipment, transportation, and scheduling. Complementing my professional experience is a Bachelor of Sociology from Utah Valley University, with a graduation date in December 2023, along with an Associate of Science earned between August 2018 and May 2021. I also hold a High School Diploma from American Fork High School, completed in May 2018.
