Responsible for the product management of the company's cluster products, support regional project operations and the development of key markets, cooperate with sales to formulate product sales strategies and plans, conduct bidding, proposals, quotations and preliminary support for key projects, and assist sales in market potential opportunities Develop and fully support the region to complete sales tasks;

Oversea

1)Set down the sales strategy for the responsible product according to the company’s main product strategy, local marketing trend, and sales target of representative office. Then making the sales plan and leading the operation to make sure you can meet the sales target with your product;2)According to the industry trend, customer network situation with local economic, population, culture and end user behavior, visit your customer to communicate to get more opportunities and guide customer’s budget for some project. For the bidding project which customer have clear requirement, based on this requirement, select product to make one veracity and competitive solution and quotation, then clarify the solution and negotiation to explore the market.3)Package the product and solution, scheme and organize different brand promotion activities, such as Telecom exhibition, service session, expert conversation, HQ visit and so on, to improve brand consequence.4)In the specify project, based on company’s platform and above sales strategy, customer requirement and customer decision chain, analysis about competitor’s solution, submit one solution, and quotation (with financial solution with payment term) to make sure to get the project with more profit. Get one big W project in I country.5)Match customer requirement and RD solution to make sure End to End delivery.

Shenzhen

1) Responsible for the transfer of products from remote design to test and production in Shenzhen (participate in the IPD process of the entire product development to ensure the smooth production of products);2) Investigate the TOP problems that occur in the product testing phase and subsequent mass production process, and eliminate batch invisible problems caused by devices or processes in advance;3) Manage the life-cycle of products after mass production, track and follow online batch problems if any risk, and conduct in-depth investigations on the front line.

Shenzhen Longhua

1) According to customer requirement about LCD, be in charge of main process board, including design, element selection, layout, sample demo, EQV test, DQV and PQV phase and the first time mass produce to make sure your product can go smoothly.2) According to the original schedule, coordinate different department, such as Hardware, Power, Mechanical, Software, QE and Package department to meet the milestone for customer.3) During the stage of element selection and debug, as a team leader, coordinating the vendor QE/FAE to fix the bug together.
