I move mountains to hold up my end of the bargain on every loan transaction.As a Branch Manager, the client is always my top priority. I can ensure a great client experience by hiring and maintaining great loan officers. Geneva Financial empowers me to operate my branch much like a business, which allows me a lot of freedom to do things my way. Much like the Geneva way, my way is to compensate loan officers significantly better than our industry peers.
