• Plans, evaluates, and implements credit checks for students in high school and college setting.• Implement a comprehensive guidance and counseling program consistent within district’s guidelines. As well as collaborating with the St. Philips College graduation courses, for grades 9th through 12th.• Support and advocate for students, families, teachers and parents understand the criteria and process for dual credit enrollment, Transfer Advising Guides and further college courses requirements.• Provide guidance to students and parents regarding individual student goals, strengths and pathways to graduation and post-secondary plans.

• Promote student success, provide preventive services and respond to identified student needs.• Respond to identified student needs by implementing a comprehensive school counseling program that focused on academic success, personal and social development, as well as career and college guidance for all students.• Provide an individual planning system to guide students toward post- secondary goals.• Manage ELL program and assist students with courses, graduation and group counseling.• Collaborate with dual credit classes, enrollment and schedule planning. • Coordinate 8th grade transition assemblies, course selections, and visits.
