I joined Quartzy in January of 2021, under the expectations of doubling in size (50 to 100 employees by EOY), which was accomplished.Prior to Quartzy, I led talent acquisition efforts at BacklotCars, a KC based, auto/tech startup which was ultimately acquired in November, 2020 by KAR Global for $425 million. In that time, we scaled from 50 to 200 employees.Additionally, I've led talent acquisition efforts at some of Kansas City's most dynamic and innovative tech companies (FanThreeSixty, Sporting KC, Novation iQ, BacklotCars).
