I am an adaptive problem-solver working with organisations within the public sector to deliver outstanding results that connect with the broader public. Currently, I am working within the Child Support and Tailored Services division of Services Australia to administer government programs and services. I bring to the table a commitment to excellent service delivery with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a multi disciplinary mindset that enables me to effectively implement organisational strategies to achieve results.As well as having experience delivering government services and meeting legislative priorities, I have a passion for the cultural and creative industries. I want to assist organisations operating in this space to compete in a highly globalised and distributive media environment; connect creative practitioners and workers to valuable resources and stakeholders; and create and implement ground-breaking programs that demonstrate the vibrancy and diversity of the creative sector in Australia and abroad.
