I guide clients through each stage of the mortgage process, from application through to settlement, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.In the area of commercial finance, I analyse clients' financial statements and prepare detailed credit papers necessary for securing bank funding. I also manage documentation requests and oversee all related tasks throughout the financing process, ensuring compliance and facilitating a successful outcome.
