As the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Transatlantic Division Program Manager for the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) program, I support senior leaders who seek to understand and make decisions, and individual contributors from both USACE and USSOCOM Enterprises who are executing the program. It's my goal: - to understand the support that USACE has provided in the past to learn lessons and best practices to apply to the present and the future - to help the greater USACE Enterprise take advantage of the opportunities to improve the support that we give to USSOCOM today - to identify new opportunities for USACE to support special operations and help both USACE and USSOCOM take advantage of them

My team curated the transaction database, ensuring that transactions process correctly, repairing transaction data, and correcting errors. We also responded to commissions inquiries from both sales representatives and company leadership, ensuring that every person affected by commissions policy has the same information, and worked to define and improve the processes that we use.

Provides all types of engineering support to seven Theater Engineering Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), and similar organizations through policy, programming, and oversight. Establishes, maintains and oversees a flexible and responsive network of Special Operations Forces (SOF) engineers and conventional engineering enablers to ensure that deployed SOF have all engineering requirements met through all operational phases. Leads five military, civilian, and contract engineers in focus areas that include overseeing execution and usage of the SOCOM Alternate Designation as Construction Agent; developing and publishing a SOCOM engineering standards manual; establishing and maintaining the USSOCOM engineering common operating picture (ENCOP); and establishing oversight of leased real property.

Chief of Engineering and Construction Division for the Program Manager, Saudi Arabian National Guard (SANG) Modernization Program, an $8.2B security assistance program in Saudi Arabia. Direction responsible for managing five construction cases worth $1.3B in authority supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and modernization efforts by the SANG. Provides programmatic advice on engineering, construction, project management, master planning, public works, and engineer professional development to the Deputy Minister of the National Guard for Technical Affairs, subordinate SANG engineer leadership, and OPM-SANG leaders. Leads 10 engineers transitioning to advise and assist MNG counterparts in the full life-cycle of design, construction and facility management through the U.S.-Saudi Joint Engineering Team. Coordinates with Contracting Division to execute current construction and Program Management Division to program future construction.

Command Engineer for Special Operations Command Africa (SOCAFRICA), a Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) with five subordinate commands arrayed across Africa; supports current and future operating sites with infrastructure operations, maintenance and improvement through planning and execution, conducts master planning and assists posture planning for the entire SOCAFRICA footprint, assists requirement definition and identifies and utilizes available funding vehicles to improve infrastructure used by all SOCAFRICA personnel based in Europe and Africa; oversees the TSOC leased property program in Africa supporting deployed teams; manages HQ, SOCAFRICA facilities.

Afghan Future Operations Planner for the Operations Plans Division, Operations Directorate, HQ USCENTCOM. Responsible for planning, organizing and integrating joint and combined contingency, and crisis operations in Afghanistan and Central Asian States in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM. Integrates theater strategy into plans developed in the Operations Directorate, crucial to the accomplishment of national command objectives and security cooperation. Coordinates directly with representatives of the Joint Staff, National Intelligence Agencies, component commands and other unified commands. Leads or supports time-sensitive crisis response planning teams, as well as deliberate planning efforts to provide USCENTCOM responses to all contingencies within Central Asian States. Prepares commander’s assessments, mission analysis, course of action, and decision briefs.

Brigade Executive Officer for the 4th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade consisting of two Engineer Battalions, a Military Police Battalion, a Brigade Support Battalion, and a Signal Company with over 2,800 Soldiers assigned to the 1st Infantry Division and an allocated operational mission joint force of an additional 700 Service members from across the US. Responsible for synchronizing the operations of the Brigade Staff in order to provide support to Brigade, Battalion and Task Force operations and for integrating staff efforts across the Brigade, 1st Infantry Division, Fort Leonard Wood, and Joint Task Force-Civil Support to support operations, training, manning, equipping, resourcing, and facility management for the Brigade.
