Main gas line tap into dedicated filter and metering station, through two regulating and heating stations, and over 1 mile to the plant supplying three lime kilns and a dryer unit.-Process Functional Lead for FCT 250 MMBTU/hr. Multi-fuel burners (gas, solid, diesel, and alternative fuel) on both rotary lime kilns at Pleasant Gap. Modeling, design, construction, and commissioning successful as of 2015.-Process Engineering Lead and Commissioning Manager of large plant expansion project at Pleasant Gap. Project consisted of 300 TPH stone storage and handling system, 600 TPD Maerz R4S Vertical Lime Kiln, 100 TPH lime crushing and screening plant integrated with existing rotary kiln operations, two 2500 ton silos, and a 600 TPH automated rail car load-out system.
