Furniture.com was an internet startup that enabled online consumers to compare and buy brand-name furniture and accessories, receive decorating advice, product information, and utilize interactive design tools. Promoted from technology manager to director. Implemented processes and controls and built two teams responsible for all phases of the development process. Company on path to IPO when dot.com bubble burst. Was charged with protecting and maintaining technical operations while supporting the shut down of the business.

Turning Point Software was a technical consulting company delivering shrink-wrap software, business applications, Internet solutions and quality assurance services to a diverse mix of clients (acquired by Metamor Worldwide).Hired to support the rapid growth of the quality assurance line of business that was seeing record growth.Worked closely with sales to ensure revenue targets exceeded, while managing a large group of project leaders focused on delivering high-value to clients. Post acquisition tasked with helping to lead the consolidation effort of 4 geographically dispersed development centers.
