Manages the design and ‘build out' of multi-million dollar floor renovations, upwards of 50k square feet each, including construction, furniture and AVContinued, overall responsibilities:•. Develops, supports and implements design, furniture, and architectural standards•. Consistently manages projects to finish on time and under budget. • Develops, manages and monitors multi-million dollar project budgets and schedules. • Tracks project costs, performs invoice review, and prepares detailed reports and summaries of project financial status.• Acts as liaison between client, facilities and vendors, including status meetings, troubleshooting and all related project activities.• Collaborates in close coordination with Architects, Engineers, General Contractors and Client Representatives to produce successful projects and installations.• Performs relocation management, coordination and supervision, including E-911 compliance.• Manages TI buildouts and complex facilities improvement projects.• Maintains AutoCAD files for all areas, including power/communication and E-911 locations.• Creates space plans and construction documents for in house projects.• Manages and specifies furniture and interior finishes.• Coordinates and manages in house trades on construction projects.• Drafts RFPs, negotiates contracts and manages awards to be in compliance with company’s procurement policies.
