I lead the team of Quality and Development Incoming Global Volunteer: maintaining quality of organization's product, making sure every Exchange Participant have a good experience, and tracking the Organizing Committees doing their works based on AIESEC's standards.

I lead the team, H.O.P.E Project (Harmonizing World through Power of Education) which supported SDGs no. 4, quality education. We helped students in rural area finding their motivation to take a higher education. We taught junior high school students in SMP Laboratorium Percontohan UPI Cibiru Bandung) and orphanage (PSAA Baabussalam Bandung). I arranged not only teaching activities but the preparation including training for trainers. I deal with all partners and stakeholders. Participants are from Vietnam, Taiwan, and Canada.
