Over 14 years of experience in security, leadership, sales, business development, strategic planning, and training. A lifelong learner of business I drive results through stewardship of the company, employees, and clients along with the communities we serve. I was blessed to grow up on a farm in the rural outskirts of Minnesota, I learned very quickly the importance of work ethic and the power of community. Helping my father take care of the farm, I loved looking back at the rewarding work I accomplished. Through the years working for different employers, I found the ultimate joy I received was from the things I could help others achieve. Great leaders and authors like; Simon Sinek, John Maxwell, and Ken Blanchard have helped me hone my skills as a lifelong learner. I am always working to expand my influence in the world, and help people achieve things they never thought possible. When not working you’ll find me spending time with my amazing wife, trying new foods and working to give back to this amazing world I get to call home.
