Hare Honda-Train new and existing staff members in various financial procedures, systems and compliance to prepare for job requirements.-Support management team, sales, and office on compliance and achieving audit targets.-Forecast growth and categorized improvements within department for following year budget.-Increase revenue by assisting with operations management, sales and marketing efforts.-Train and coach finance managers along with team members on sales process, presentation process and compliance. -Consult with representatives of lending agencies to complete accurate filings and uphold strict compliance.-Assisting in deal flow, loan processing and funding while meeting dealer quotas on per deal gross, insurance products sold per deal and overall revenue generated within finance department.-Work close with finance managers, sales managers and sales team for store growth and overall customer experience.-Evaluate applications against outline specifications for approval, rejection or recommend adjustments for approval.-Work to secure financing for consumers purchasing new and used vehicles while providing best guidance and customer service.
