Realizing the major transition to the renewed pension system and IT landscape, together with our key clients and dedicated programmes.

In this role I oversee and coordinate our integral pension operation services for a number of key clients, in order to realize the clients' and common interests. Thereby intensively interacting with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally.

During this period I coordinated our employers service and corporate enforcement teams.

AZL is one of the largest parties in offering integral services to pension funds in the Netherlands. On behalf of over 40 pension funds, we are involved in the pension execution of 1.3 mln. participants and as such we advise on legislation, actuarial affairs, risk management and communication. AZL has over 650 employees and offices in Heerlen (headquarters) and Utrecht. Together we ensure for 1 in 6 households their future is well taken care of. AZL is part of NN Group, market leader in life and pensions.
