At We Write Code we work with companies who need help taking their product or platform from the "duct tape and bubble gum" stage to a scalable and robust system that will continue to grow with their company. We specialize in working with startups who lack or need to augment their development staff, and help non-technical staff and founders understand what it means to work with a development team, set expectations, and have those expectations met. Ultimately, we help build a culture of getting shit done.

My primary responsibility is to architect and build the Goodsmiths e-commerce platform with a team of multi-talented developers and designers. In addition, I work with my Co-Founder to continue to evolve the Goodsmiths product, evaluating and creating new products and revenue channels.

Working with clients to understand the problems they face and to architect and build a solution to meet their needs. Primarily focused in the full Microsoft stack (.Net and SQL Server) but also had a couple projects that allowed me to get creative with Cinema 4D.

Compensation Specialist with a focus in .Net and SQL Server. To summarize my time at MCI, I worked with a team who's primary responsibility was data aggregation, reporting, and compensation for 15,000 telemarketers around the world. Over my time with this group, I touched a number of areas, but my two primary focuses were; compensation calculation, review and submission, and then on building a .Net web application to serve as the front end for the reporting database.
