Many of my responsibilities included training salespeople, coaching those on my team, holding accountability meetings, tracking KPI's, and ensuring our customers were satisfied.

Heating, cooling, and plumbing Home Comfort Specialist. In this role my focus was complete customer satisfaction. I accomplished this by meeting with the customer in their home and developing a personalized plan and designing an HVAC or plumbing system to suit all of their needs. I helped thousands of customers and generated over $1,000,000 of revenue in my first year as a sales specialist.

Responsibilities in this role included operating tractors and farm implements, heavy equipment operation, mechanic work and repair, tending cattle, building fence, irrigating pastures, minor fabrication, and pivot repairs.

My duties included: truck driving for onion and sugar beet harvest, operating tractors for planting, ground work and harvest, team leader for invasive weed control.

During this time I served as a non paid missionary. My purpose was to help people improve their lives by developing a relationship to Jesus Christ, and making promises with God. Through much of my mission I was in leadership positions ranging from groups of 5-20 missionaries. My responsibilities included training and coaching, leading meetings, tracking and reporting key indicators, organizing community service projects, and leading church services. I also spent much of my time in the Zuni Pueblo Nation and Navajo Nation, with a strong focus on intercultural communication.

My responsibilities included: food prep, food presentation and making the meals look and taste fantastic, ensuring orders were delivered to the right customer quickly, sanitation, and employee management.

My responsibilities in this role included cashier, creating delicious milkshakes, mixing soft drinks, cleaning, dishwashing, and keeping customers happy.
