Driven by a passion for human rights, education, and equity, I have dedicated my career to uplifting underserved communities and creating transformative change. As the FS2S 2024 Conference Director at The See Forever Foundation, I lead efforts to break down information silos, foster collaboration, and empower justice-involved youth through innovative programming and strategic partnerships. In addition to my work in education, I proudly serve as the Executive Director of the National Dance Coaches Association Foundation, where I work to dismantle systemic barriers for historically-excluded dancers across the U.S. My experience spans legal advocacy, civil rights, nonprofit leadership, and academic instruction, with a focus on promoting access to justice, supporting young scholars, and advancing social equity.Fluent in multiple languages and with a deep understanding of international law, I have worked in various legal capacities, including with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the University of Massachusetts School of Law. Whether leading conferences, teaching in classrooms, or advocating for civil rights, I am committed to creating inclusive spaces and fostering the next generation of change-makers.Let’s connect if you’re passionate about education reform, youth justice, or nonprofit leadership!
