As an architecture senior manager and presales SME in AGC Networks (formerly Aegis Tech / UCMS Solutions), the primary focus was tailoring solutions and driving presales initiatives for prospects and existing customers whilst engaging their business and IT divisions and stakeholders. As a senior technical analyst at Jacada Ltd. (1999-2004) I specialized in Enterprise Midrange environments and web enabling legacy platforms. Acting as a technical account manager for leading customers such as HTE (leading provider of enterprise-wide software solutions for public-sector organizations and utilities worldwide), SAAB and Caterpillar, I was responsible for the delivery, testing and deployment of code releases and patches for ongoing projects of these customers.This included multiple environments such as Wintel server and client, Java JDK’s and JRE’s, J2EE (BEA Weblogic, IBM Websphere), iSeries and xSeries.
