Paula Levy is Managing Director, senior trainer and executive coach at Levy Consulting a consulting firm with more than 45 years of experience training leaders in multinationals, start-ups and family-owned companies throughout the world. Born in Argentina, raised in Colombia and trained in the USA, Paula has developed extensive experience with diverse audiences in Latin America and the United States. She holds a degree in human resources management from Universidad del Salvador and has multiple certifications from Argentina and the United States for International Programs as well as Corporate Programs. Paula is a certified Executive Coach and certified Health Coach. She is also a Consulting Partner at The Ken Blanchard Companies® since 1999, in regional and global programs and has been awarded the Blanchard International Group Award for three consecutive years.She has solid expertise in executive development processes and coaching senior management teams. In recent years she has been dedicated to researching core topics in organizational culture such as conversational intelligence, DEI, maternity coaching and health coaching. Paula also contributes non-profit with Venture Mentoring Team (VMT), helping start-ups and small business owners to refine their businesses.Recently she has been invited by Universidad Di Tella, one of the most prestigious of Argentina, to become part of their executive-programs faculty.
