Responsible for all aspects of the Business Programme that dealt with the top 2% of their client base.

Leadership & Governance of the Programme Management Office for all Bauer Media business and technology projects to ensure quality, time and budget commitments are met. Responsibilities include identification, prioritisation and management of programmes and projects, stakeholder and steering management, process and tools management, reporting and risk management, and resource management. Additional responsibility for group digital technology strategy development and implementation (currently 100+ websites and associated devices). £15- 20m annual project budget. 10+ direct reports, 10+ indirect (project managers, solutions architects, developers, business analysts and 3rd party suppliers).• Initial Set up of Bauer PMO, governance and metrics, stakeholder buy in & wider business communication. On going process adjustments to meet changing business needs.• Advised Germany (mother company) on strategic approach for local PMO’s. Videonetworks specilaised in video on demand services run over a BT line. My responsibility was with the delivery of a brand new 512mb internet service, via STB, offering as part of the monthly package.
