As COO, I oversee the daily operations and execution of Suada’s strategic vision. In my role as the Creative Services Manager I am responsible for all forms of design, marketing, promotion, and implementation of marketing strategies to support all initiatives under Future Fit’s three new divisions: Learner Recruitment, Learner Experience and Learner Engagement. My role also includes being tasked with overseeing the daily operations of their marketing teams (Graphics and Video production), which will require workflow management not only between these teams, but also across other divisions of the company. The Creative Services Manager is a role which is at arm’s length of all divisions but considers Learner Recruitment as its primary focus however, the creative production of content to support Learner Experience and Learner Engagement, is also key.To make the most effective decisions, as Creative Services Manager I must analyse consumer data and market insight to ensure that the creative strategy deployed, regardless of the division it’s created for, is tailored to the intended audience. This requires a strong vision for how the company can maintain media presence across multiple sources, which involves working closely with graphic design personnel and video teams to ensure that the visual aspect of the media experience aligns with the company's vision. I pride myself on my communication skills and that is essential in this role to ensure that projects are progressing efficiently and having input directly into any management level meetings where creative direction is required, such as new product launches or marketing promotions.
