Working with the Creative Director to produce and manage all of the creative output of the Topman brand in the UK and internationally. Leading the TOPMAN in-house Creative Team to produce a creative strategy in a challenging and innovative business environment.

Leading a team of Graphic designers producing and consulting on graphics for predominantly Topman but also Topshop in the UK but also internationally. Topshop Topman is a growing brand in the fast moving sector of fashion that has meant that I have not only had to work quickly but adapt to ever changing styles and trends of design. I have to consider different international markets In my design work for innovative projects that were delivered on time, on budget and met the management expectations.Currently I manage the studios work flow and help and support the team. Delegating projects and allocating resource to produce the best results.I have lead the concept of the brand identity and art directed photo shoots based on creative concepts I have developed. I also work closely with the Marketing department executing and helping them to develop innovative campaigns that engage our customer. I work with many areas and departments of Topman. Producing marketing materials for events, festivals and Installations. Promotion materials for new stores, clothing ranges, customer services and incentives. I have also worked in conjunction with external partners on joint projects and sponsorships including Fairtrade, M&C Saachi and Channel 4. Other areas I work within the brand in Include: Advertising, Window Design and Store Graphics, POS and Packaging.

Junior designer in a London based agency working within a team on briefs for clients such as Honda Gallo, Heineken, Cobra and Lindt. Working from concepts and pitching to finished designs.

Designing graphics for and Assiting managing live music events held at NTU. Including The NME tour and the Jim Beam Music tour. Updating website graphics and information and producing promotional material e.g. Flyers, Posters and campus TV graphics.

Producing promotional imagery for events. Tour posters and club night materials. Includes working with imagery sent by bands’ management or producing images and design outcomes from scratch for a selection or artists.
