I'm interested in exploring the East-West mentalities and their implications for business practices especially strategy & innovation management.In London, I established an international consulting hub BRILINK togehter with my classmates from UCL, and actively involve myself in professional institutions such as APM (Association for Project Management), CIWEM (Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management), to promote the collaboration between academia and industry.In Beijing, I work with prestigious think-tanks to support government decision making and international business collaboration. I had also worked in state owned enterprises to promote technological innovation.Previously I worked in Singapore as a manager at the Campus for Research Excellence and Technological Enterprise (CREATE), and as a Research Associate at Nanyang Technological University. During this period, I was highly involved in managing emerging technologies (3D printing, inkjet printing, functional coating, sustainable energy, wireless charge etc.), and had developed a solid understanding of establishing collaborations with various stakeholders such as government sectors, private companies, and international partners.With abundant professional and educational experience in different cultural contexts, I'm able to adapt to new environment swiftly and agilely, especially tasks that require cross-culture communication or technical expertise.
