Overall, I feel as though I am responsible for quite a vast range of areas whilst on placement. I often help in other departments as well if help is required. I feel like I am a strong part of the team and I believe this shows with the number of different roles I have within the company, despite being on placement. Following on from this, I have moved departments and am in a more advanced role, being a QA engineer. I have a new set of job roles in the fact that I am now testing products, identifying bugs and errors, scanning the network, looking at penetration testing and developing resolutions for issues within some products. I feel as though I have gained a very wide amount of knowledge within the company and this can be used within a variety of different departments. Show less

Here I was responsible for the maintenance of the businesses website, the emails that were sentto customers, promotions and web displays, management of the products library, managementof customers orders and any complaints, updating the website, and also attended various scrummeetings which enabled me to understand how an effective business should work.
