I’m an innovative and strategic director with experience delivering growth by scoping and implementing key solutions and strategies into the organisation to support a successful future. As Growth Director of Custom Fittings, my role is to align the board on a clear vision of what that future looks like and successfully deliver the list of priorities to achieve success for Custom Fittings. Whether it's implementing new solutions to support the primary business or pursuing entirely new sources of revenue (Ecommerce, ASD market etc), my overarching goal is to see fundamental improvements across the entire business that develop the foundations of the organization and mindset of colleagues. I am looking to connect with all types of engineers who wish to have a reliable partner for fittings, adaptors and connectors. Typically new companies we partner with have a long history of unrealistic lead times, often substandard parts and unreliable on-time delivery from their parts suppliers, improving these pains is fundamental to our success.
