o Lead the electrical safety programme engaging with both internal and external parties to ensure processes are current and compliant.o Complete and maintain regulatory documentation to demonstrate compliance.o The development of SOP’s and SOI’s to communicate electrical safety requirements.o Ensure critical electrical drawings and schematics are maintained and updated.o Complete and maintain the facility Arc Flash & Electrical Coordination studies, tracking identified remedial actions through to completion.o Identify and plan training to keep team members’ knowledge concurrent with the latest legislation.o Delivery of SSOW including PTW & LOTO for all facilities, & RAMS management and retention via Microsoft Teams/SharePoint.o Applies knowledge of the building electrical infrastructure to independently build business cases for continuous improvement projects. o Develop & facilitate Continuous Improvement works - small to complex projects.o Support the design, specification and selection of electrical systems/equipment.o Provide maintenance support to ensure that pharmaceutical equipment and supply services operate reliably, consistently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.o Plan & schedule equipment shutdowns and implement electrical testing programmes.o Provide technical and commissioning expertise to allocated engineering projects.o Document equipment/system modifications using relevant Change Control procedure.o Conduct EHS investigations and inspections, write risk assessments, method statements & job plans.

o Experience and qualified training in Periodic Inspection and Testing of electrical installations. o Experience with hazardous areas, and competent in the Installation, Maintenance and Inspection of hazardous area equipment.o Led electrical projects including design and solutions for reliability issues.o Maintenance for the reliability of HVAC supplying production and critical sterile areas.o Knowledge of fault finding on portable appliances, distribution and lighting systems, and plant equipment.o Knowledge and work experience with working on low voltage, raw mains, essential services and lighting systems.o Good experience working on motors, VSD’s (Variable Speed Drives), and MCC’s (Motor Control Centre’s.o Well trained on installation of motors, and use of shaft and belt laser alignment.o Installing, commissioning & modifying cables, glands, conduit, tray work and trunking.o Good experience and training with GMP areas, sterile and clean areas, gowning procedures and air hoods.o Contributed to energy conservation through LED lighting and HVAC setback.o Knowledge of computer systems including BMS, EAMS, Meridian, Mirashare and Microsoft Office.o Trained and familiar to working to SSOW, method statements and risk assessments.o Trained and confident working at height.o Engineering knowledge and understanding of technical drawings and records.o Working well in a team environment.

o Working towards HNC and NVQ Level 3o Working as an electrical engineer assisting in the maintenance of utilities, GMP equipment, lighting, etc.o Working with and without supervision as a competent electrical engineer.
