I am currently working as part of a sales team for the Wilko brand. On a day to day basis, I advise and manage customers on the shop floor, work under pressure and operate tills. My duties are flexible: I am also required to warehouse and replenish stock around the store. My experience here is invaluable; I have developed strong communication skills, time management and most importantly customer service.

I have the knowledge in operating a high-tempo bar: taking orders, serving guests and making cocktails. Performing cleaning duties when necessary, keeping up with the latest trends and providing the best possible guest experience. I am gaining experience that benefits in all areas of life - not just hospitality.
