Nuclear Operations Training and Exercise Lead Program Analyst responsible for planning, organizing, managing, maintaining, and overseeing the development, execution and manning of large staff training and operations. Provides leadership, technical direction, strategic planning, and oversight of allnuclear command and control mission training, exercises, and assessments of USNORTHCOM personnel. Establishes, develops, and maintains working relationships with Government and Civilian agencies, OSD, Joint Staff, Services, and Combatant Commanders. Meets with key customers and coordinating officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, and resolves issues as required. Identifies needed special projects while establishing program milestones and goals. Evaluates reports, analyzing facts, performing appropriate research, and preparing detailed responses.Researches, determines, and recommends appropriate actions or interpretation of issues that impact the Combatant Command, directorate, division, or branch priorities. Brief senior leaders on the progress, results, and impacts of hardware and software upgrades and integration. Leads and directs activities for section civilian employees. Directs, coordinates, and oversees work and advises subordinates regarding policies, procedures, and directives of higher-level management or headquarters. Identifies, distributes, balances, and assigns workload and tasks among subordinates in accordance with established workflow,skill level and/or occupational specialties setting and adjusting short-term and long-termpriorities while preparing schedules based on difficulty of requirements and assignments suchthat the experience, training, and abilities are effectively utilized meeting organization andcustomer needs.

Commanded 78 personnel throughout 8 states/450K square miles; Partnered with military, civic, educational and community leaders to generate awareness for Air Force accession opportunities; Responsible for accession of high-quality recruits to meet annual Air Fore enlistment and line officer recruitment needs; Managed $800K budget, 49 vehicles, 27 recruiting offices enabling the annual accession of 950 recruits

Developed, reviewed and coordinated all nuclear and strategic deterrence strategy, policy and doctrine; Authored strategy/white papers and articles to shape and influence Air Force Space Command, Air Force, Department of Defense, and National debate on nuclear issues; Conducted outreach to Department of Defense and non-Department of Defense organizations and academia to promote nuclear strategy, policy and doctrine; Lead for ICBM transition from Air Force Space Command to Air Force Global Strike Command
